By booking an appointment at Beauty Space you are agreeing and consent to the Policies and Pre and After Care Procedures.
BOOKING OUT OF WORKING HOURS:
It is required a fee of 100,- for bookings out of the hours indicated in the onlinebooking system.
DM or text for eventual extra times when fully booked.
CANCELS:
Your appointment is very important to us and each appointment time is reserved just for you. It is understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary;
therefor respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations or schedule changes for any clients. If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of your booking fee. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelled appt in under 24hours.
NO SHOWS or last-minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the service scheduled, since there’s not necessary time to call another client.
DELAYS:
- Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your appt as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters.
- All of the appointments allow the appropriate amount of time to complete each service. Please note if you arrive late it limits the ability to get your lashes full again. Late arrivals will still be charged the full appointment time regardless of the time remaining. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule and pay a cancellation fee or if you’re still interested on having it, take note that, the work will be done in the time left and the payment will be the same for you as a full time, even if the work is not complete for being late.
LASH HYGIENE:
Please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on and with WASHED lashes. Eye makeup and dirty lashes can affect lash extensions retention and removing it takes up time and eats into the service you have paid for.
REFILLS:
Fills are based on time and you must schedule based on your lash needs. Standard fills are 1H/1H15 and Mega fills are up to maybe 1.30H/1.45H. With the proper care most clients come in for standard fills every 2-3 weeks depending on lash line and lifestyle. If you have gone 4 or more weeks your service will most likely result in a full set. Please keep in mind we all have different shed cycles, lash lines and lifestyles and you may need to get a fill more often than other clients in order to keep them looking full and avoid starting over.
GUARANTEE:
There is up to 3 days guarantee where you will have the chance to book an appt to fix the eyelashes, after the 3 days the normal price is applied for any type of refill.
